BRACHYCHITON vinicolor (hybrid – acerifolius x discolor)

A medium to large native tree (up to 15 metres), with a conical form. It is indigenous to SE Queensland, produces a stunning display of maroon pink/purple flowers in spring to summer and is deciduous when flowering. It is hardy, frost and drought tolerant and best suited to larger areas as a feature/specimen tree.
