NYSSA sylvatica (Black Tupelo)

A medium-large deciduous tree native to north-eastern parts of the USA (10-12 metres) with conical form becoming rounded with age.   It has ornamental bark and deep green foliage that creates a spectacular display with yellow to scarlet leaves in Autumn   An attractive, bee attracting, feature tree for larger parks and gardens. Produces clusters of smallish blue egg-shaped berries.
